Cancellations, Returns and Refunds
Orders can be cancelled up until the shipping label is created. That means that we have your product ready and plan to ship it within the next day or two. You will get an email saying that a label has been created. After this point, we cannot make any changes. If you need to cancel, contact us immediately. If the package has not left the warehouse we can cancel the order, but if UPS has already picked up there will be a 50% cancellation fee + what UPS charges to reroute the package back to us.
All orders are subject to a restocking fee of up to $100 depending on where we are in the fulfillment process.

Simply Rawsome is not responsible for the product after it leaves the premises or our possession. We will package shipped products the best and most efficient way possible to get a good product to you and work with you to ensure your satisfaction.
If your companion does not like the products we, unfortunately, can not provide a refund. You may consider giving it to a friend or look for a co-op to recoup. You are also welcome to post in the Simply Rawsome Community Facebook page to see if there's someone in your area who could buy it from you.

Shipping costs will NOT be reimbursed if it arrived on time.
If you purchased insurance, we will replace your product or credit your account for the product. Refunds will not be made. If you do not have insurance we will NOT refund, replace or credit any order if it arrives late and/or damaged.
You have 24 hours from when the order is delivered to notify us if there are any issues with your order. After that, there are no refunds or credits. Sales are final after that 24 hours! If ANY credits are given they will be in the form of an e-gift card that does not expire. That includes shortages or missing product.

If you choose not to adhere by the policies and rules, you will need to find a different supplier moving forward as we will no longer service you.
